The Hereford Diocese Mission  and Mortar Online Resource Toolkit was created thanks to as a National Lottery Heritage Fund grant. The toolkit will help communities identify new and existing resources to look after the 405 fascinating and historic church buildings across the diocese of Hereford, which covers Herefordshire, south Shropshire and parts of Worcestershire, Monmouthshire and Powys. The toolkit will enable these historic buildings to continue acting as a focal point for worshippers, while also serving the wider community.
